Delivery & Returns
The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality, check and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
Estimated Delivery time:
We typically have a 5 day processing window to fully verify and fulfill your order. Additionally, the shipments are fulfilled in 2-4 weeks. Delivery time can take up to 9 weeks in rare occasions, due to high demand of specific products.
A tracking number for your purchases will be provided if possible. You can use the on website tracker, to see the history of your products shipping and where its currently located.
We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.
I am unhappy with my Order, can I place a Refund?
In order to protect ourselves as a Merchant, we only offer refunds on items that arrive in a defective state. You must submit photo and/or video evidence within reasonable doubt to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to be eligible for a refund. Once evidence is received and verified, you may ship the product back to our supply warehouse at the address we will provide you to be eligible for a full Refund. Items on Sale are not eligible for Refunds, but we can process an exchange for you following the same guidelines as above if it arrives in a defective state.
