When the timer runs out or all entries close, the draw is held, and the winning number (email) is picked randomly using PHP's random_int function. You can find out more here.
This function is cryptographically secure and picks a number uniformly distributed within the range of 1 to the number of entries.
You can read the technical details about PHP's random number generator on the PHP documentation.
When the draw is held and the wining email gets picked, we email the winner/s.
By entering, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
Entering the competition does not guarantee a prize, only entry into the draw.
